All our checks are candidate-driven. This means the candidate will fill in their own details via a form that they receive via email. The candidate will need to follow the instructions to log in, and then, depending on the type of check, proceed to populate their own personal details.
Note: Verifile will assist the candidate in this process if required.
This data is then sent to the Verifile team who will liaise with the candidate if there is a problem or they have questions. Once the check is completed, a report is sent to our system and uploaded into the documents section as a Confidential document for review.
If the candidate has a problem, they can visit the Information For Candidates webpage or contact Verifile’s Candidate Team on +44 (0) 1234 339 300 (Monday to Friday, 08:30 to 17:30 UK time) or email service@verifile.co.uk
